Zucchini Bread

3 eggs

1 cup chopped nuts

1 cup vegetable oil

2 cups sugar

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. vanilla

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. salt

2 cups grated zucchini

¼ tsp. baking powder

3 cups sifted flour

Beat eggs until foamy in bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Place in 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove from pans; cool on wire rack.
