White Lightning Chicken Chili

2 large onions, chopped
2 large green peppers, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 (14 oz.) cans white navy beans
8 cups chicken broth
2 cups chicken (pre-cooked)
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Juice from 1 lime
1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
2 Tbsp. cornstarch

Simmer all items (except the cilantro and cornstarch) on medium heat until onions and peppers are tender. Add cornstarch dissolved in ½ cup water and bring to a boil, stirring continuously until chili becomes thick. Add cilantro and serve.
* Jalapenos can be added. Great served with sour cream or shredded cheese.
