Ingredients: 3 cans black-eyed peas, drained

1 large chopped onion

¼ cup vinegar

½ cup Pace picante` sauce (HOT)

2 bay leaves, crushed

1 clove minced garlic

3 to 5 jalapeno peppers (fresh), chopped

¾ cup Italian dressing

¾ cup sliced olives with pimentos

Salt to taste

Mix all the above.  May be refrigerated – gets hotter the next day.
