Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
3 large sweet potatoes, cooked and mashed
1 cup milk
¼ stick butter or margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
¼ tsp. allspice
¼ tsp. nutmeg
1¼ cups sugar

Directions:
Beat all ingredients together and place in a large, flat casserole dish so that all mixture will get part of the topping.

Topping Ingredients:
½ cup flour
½ cup brown sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
½ tsp. cinnamon
½ stick butter or margarine

Directions:
Mix as you would with pie crust. Cover potato mixture and dot with butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
