Sunny Lemonade Cookies

Ingredients: 1 cup butter or margarine

1 cup sugar

2 eggs

3 cups sifted all-purpose flour

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. vanilla

6 oz. can frozen lemonade defrosted

Cream sugar and butter together. Add vanilla. Add eggs one at a time. Beat until light and fluffy. Sift flour and soda. Slowly add flour to creamed ingredients, alternating with defrosted lemonade. Chill dough for 1 hour. Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet. Flatten cookies with the bottom of a glass dipped in sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Cool. Brush top of cookies with lemonade concentrate and then sprinkle with sugar. Makes 3 dozen.
