Pineapple Filling

Ingredients:
1 cup sugar
5 Tbsp. flour
1 small can crushed pineapple (flat can)
1 can of water (pineapple can)

Directions:
Cook over low heat until thickens. Spread on cake
This recipe from my grandmother, Bertha Thompson, is about 150 years old. It is so good on a simple yellow cake!
