Matterhorn Chicken

4 chicken breasts (split, deboned, and skinned)
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
¼ cup milk
Egg noodles, cooked

Pound chicken to flatten breasts. Sprinkle with garlic salt and top with ¼ cup cheese. Fold chicken over cheese and secure with a toothpick. Dip in eggs, coat with flour and brown in frying pan. Place soups in a casserole dish, thin with ¼ cup milk. Put in browned chicken. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes and serve over noodles.
