1 chicken (package with cut pieces)
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 Tbsp. cooking oil
2 to 3 Tbsp. red wine vinegar (depends on your taste)
2 Tbsp. Tony Chachere‟s seasoning
Clean chicken and prepare it for the grill. Prepare coals and spread evenly under the grill. Place chicken pieces on grill. Cook for 15 minutes. Turn chicken over and cook another 15 minutes. While chicken is cooking, combine last 5 ingredients to make sauce. When you have cooked the chicken for 30 minutes, brush pieces with sauce and cook for another 15 minutes. Turn pieces, cover with sauce and cook for final 15 minutes. (Total cooking time is 60 minutes). Place chicken on platter and serve. You could use this with chicken wings or chicken legs.
