Ingredients: 1 cup sour cream

1 cup mayo

8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded

8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded

2 cans Mexi-corn, well drained

1 can chopped green chiles

3-4 chopped green onions

1 chopped jalapeño

Tony Chachere’s seasoning to taste

Mix all together. Sprinkle with Tony Chachere’s to garnish.  Serve with Fritos Scoops.
