Hot Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
4 cups cubed cooked chicken
4 teaspoons lemon juice
2 cups diced celery
2 cups real mayonnaise
1 cup chopped toasted almonds
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup crushed potato chips
1 Tbsp. grated onion

Directions:
Combine ingredients, except cheese and potato chips. Toss lightly. Pile into a baking dish. Sprinkle first with grated cheese and top with potato chips. Bake in pre-heated oven (450 degrees) for 20 minutes.
