Holiday Fruit Pie

Crust:
1 stick margarine
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 ½ cups flour
Melt margarine and add flour and sugar. Pat out in pie plate.

Pie:
1 stick of margarine (melted)
½ cup raisins
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup pecans
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 cup sugar
½ cup coconut

Directions:
Mix together. Pour into unbaked piecrust. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
This is like a cross between a mincemeat pie and a pecan pie. Surprisingly delicious!
