Grandma Lottie’s Orange Cake

1 box Duncan Hines orange cake mix
1 small box orange Jell-O
¾ cup canola oil
½ cup water
4 eggs

Mix well and bake in oblong baking pan according to cake mix directions. While cake is baking, melt 1 stick butter and mix with 1 box of powdered sugar and large can of undrained crushed pineapple (preferably in heavy syrup, which I have a hard time finding). Cook just until boiling. While still hot pour over cake. (Cake does not need to be cooled before you do this.) Store in refrigerator.
