1 pound of extra lean ground round
1 small package of shell macaroni
1 can of Rotel tomatoes
2 small cans of mixed vegetables
1 large onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Shredded American cheese

Chop onion and mix with ground round. Brown onions and ground round and drain. Mix with Rotel tomatoes in 2-3 quart pot. Drain mixed vegetables and mix with above. Cook shell macaroni according to directions, drain and mix with above. Pour into large rectangular pan, place shredded cheese on top, and place in oven until cheese is melted. Serve with garlic bread and green salad.
