Cream Cheese Bars

Ingredients: 2 cans crescent rolls
16 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
1 cup powdered sugar
2 Tbsp. milk

Spray 9×13 pan with Pam.  Layer 1 can of rolls in bottom of pan. Lightly pat seams together.  Combine cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg yolk and vanilla.  Mix well and spread over rolls.  Place remaining rolls on top.  Lightly beat egg whites.  Brush beaten egg whites on top.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes, until lightly browned.  Cool completely.  Glaze with mixed milk and powdered sugar.  Refrigerate overnight.  Cut into squares.  Serve at room temperature.
