Broccoli and Cauliflower

½ head cauliflower and ½ bunch of broccoli, broken into florets
1 cup (8 oz.) sour cream
1 cup (4 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
½ cup crushed cornflakes
¼ cup chopped green pepper
¼ cup chopped red pepper (I used yellow cause that‟s what I had)
1 tsp. salt
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Place cauliflower and broccoli and a small amount of water in a saucepan, cover and cook for 5 minutes or until crisp-tender. Drain. Combine vegetables, sour cream, cheddar cheese, cornflakes, peppers, and salt. Transfer to a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake, uncovered at 325 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until heated through.
