Asparagus with Mushrooms

1 bunch fresh asparagus
½ cup sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp. olive oil
3-4 minced garlic cloves
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
salt and pepper to taste

Boil asparagus for one minute and then drain, set aside. In medium size skillet sauté garlic and mushrooms in butter and olive oil on medium heat. Add asparagus and sauté with mushrooms and garlic until desired tenderness is achieved. You will need to toss often so the garlic doesn‟t brown. Serve immediately.
