Angel Food Ice Cream Cake

Ingredients: 1 store-bought angel food cake

1 ½ gallons ice cream (any flavor)

1 Cool Whip – large

Take a piece of string and carefully cut off the top 2” of cake and put aside. With a knife cut about 4”  of the inside out to make a trough. Spoon ice cream (softened) into the middle. Put the top of the cake back on. Cover the cake with Cool Whip and place back in freezer and wait until frozen. Serve.
